1./ How do I book a service or rent equipment?
Submit a request through our booking form on the home page or from any gear item's page. We'll reply by email to confirm availability, pricing, and next steps.
2./ When is my booking confirmed?
A request is not a confirmed reservation until we reply by email confirming the dates, equipment, and total.
3./ What are your rates?
Daily rental rates are shown on each gear item in Euros (€). Multi-day discounts and full production packages are available on request.
4./ Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and technical support are available in Ibiza and, where applicable, included in the service. Timing and logistics are agreed in advance.
5./ What happens if equipment is damaged or lost?
The renter is responsible for the safe use, storage, and return of the equipment. Any damage, loss, or theft is charged at replacement cost.
6./ Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
7./ What areas do you cover?
We are based in Ibiza and primarily serve the island, but we can discuss travel for larger productions on request.

9./ Can we collect the equipment?
We operate from a warehouse that is full of valuable equipment and keep its location secret for obvious reasons, so unfortunately we cannot offer a collection service. However, delivery and collection are included free of charge for any rentals.
10./ Is it OK to use the speakers outside?
It is fine to use the speakers outside however they should be undercover. Not only will they sound better if they are undercover or near a wall but if they are outside and unprotected they can overheat in the sun and cut out, or get wet from rain or overnight dew. The Hirer is responsible if a speaker is damaged by water.
11./ What is the law regarding complaints from the neighbours?
Everyone is allowed to play music outside in a considerate manner. If your neighbour can hear music after midnight, they can complain to the police, who will attend the location and make a formal warning. If that warning is ignored, they can return and impose a fine of several thousand euros. If FOR PEOPLE BY DJS’s equipment in confiscated, the Hirer will be responsible for any fines that need to be paid for the recovery of the equipment.
